Cartier expands their collection of fragrances Declaration, launched in 2014, with a new aromatic-spicy version appropriate for the warmer part of the year. The new fragrance Cartier Declaration L'Eau succeeds the original fragrance Declaration from 1998 with similar concept built around a blend of juicy citruses, aromatic herbs, tart spices and creamy woody notes while providing somewhat different, sassier face this time.
